When you walk through Portland, you probably have no idea where to go.
There are no traffic lights or signs to help you navigate.
You might have to pay extra for the privilege of getting around the city on foot, or just get lost for the first time.
The best thing about being on foot is that you get to walk everywhere.
For some people, it’s not an option.
But for many, it is.
The City of Portland has a great network of foot paths that make it easier to navigate.
The Portland Department of Transportation (PDOT) runs many of these paths, with plans to expand the network by 2019.
But if you want to avoid having to navigate the city for the rest of your life, you’ll need to consider whether it’s safe for you to walk.
The most common reason people cite for not using their feet is that it’s too dangerous.
According to a recent report by the Portland-based non-profit Center for Injury Research and Policy, foot injuries account for nearly a third of pedestrian deaths in Portland.
That’s a lot of people losing their lives, and it’s happening because people don’t pay attention.
And while it’s true that a majority of pedestrians are safe from serious injuries, that’s still not enough to save them from getting hit by cars or get injured in other ways.
The good news is that there are a few things you can do to make walking a little bit safer for yourself and your loved ones.
It’s important to remember that walking in Portland is an option, and you can use it to help improve your health and wellbeing.
Here are some tips that will make walking safer for you and your family.
Don’t take your feet off the road When you’re in Portland, it might feel like your feet are on fire.
That may be a problem, since you’re standing on pavement that could easily get you hurt.
But you’ll be much safer if you can make sure your feet don’t get caught in traffic.
That means putting your feet on the ground or on a sidewalk or a crosswalk, which helps reduce your risk of falling.
You can also make your feet in an upright position and put them on a metal pole or tree branch.
The easiest way to do that is to use a stroller.
Pedestrians on the street are a big part of the Portland population, so it’s important that they’re protected from crashes.
There’s also the option of having your feet tied up in a bag or baggy bag.
The bag also means you don’t have to worry about putting your hands in it.
You could use it for the next time you need to take a nap.
Keep your eyes on the road As you get older, you may need to make more decisions about where you’ll walk, said Dr. Michael Raff, an orthopedic surgeon at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU).
That’s because your health is going to decline over time.
“You’re going to get your joints, your bones will deteriorate, and eventually you’ll lose your vision,” Raff said.
“And the vision loss can result in vision loss, and then dementia.
And it’s a big concern when people age, because it makes it difficult to see the world around them.”
If you’re not careful, you could end up in the hospital or lose your eyesight, too.
You should also keep your eyes peeled for pedestrians with disabilities, Raff added.
It’s important not to walk on the sidewalk, he said.
That can be especially dangerous for people with mobility issues, who can’t see in low-light situations.
If you dont know when to stop, you risk injuring yourself or others.
Raff recommends putting your phone in your pocket for emergencies, like a call.
Make sure you can see through a car window If you have a vision impairment, it can be even more difficult to tell if you’re walking on the right side of the road or not.
Thats because drivers and pedestrians can see each other in different lighting conditions.
To keep your vision intact, you should wear a special blind spot mask that covers your eyes and helps you see through your car window.
The mask is meant to help make you more visible.
Ralf recommends using the same blind spot cover for both sides of your car.
If a pedestrian sees you through the car window, it will be harder for them to see you.
You’ll also need to wear a mask at all times.
Practice safe driving and take your hands off the wheel When you are on the highway, its important to make eye contact and keep your hands on the wheel.
That way, you don\’t get hit by a car, said Raff.
When you take your eyes off the car, you’re making a safe decision about how much of your vision is gone.
